Return and refund
According to the law, you have a deadline of 14 days from the date of reception of your parcel to inform us about your decision to retract, whatever is the motive. Your article must be returned to us under 14 days from the date you will have informed us about your decision to retract.
The right to withdraw do not apply to articles engraved or personalized as you requested.

Expenses and risks of the transport being chargeable to the sender, we remind you that your articles can have returned to us only by recommended parcel or by sending to value declared within the framework of the service universal mail, according to the regulations. Only articles returned in mint condition and without having undergone of transformation in a state allowing their resale will be exchanged or paid off. Damaged or damaged returned articles will not be taken back.
The refund will intervene at the latest 30 days as from the reception of the article, according to the same method of payment as that used for the payment, except agreement of the customer and without additional charges. In case of retraction within the framework of legal deadline, we pay off to you the price of your article. In every case, the fixed participation at the expense of treatment of the order is not paid.
